Turn-up, on their behalf.

Stand up services for a provider or a customer with their authority, not around it. Same engine they would use, one extra rule: everything is signed and doubly audited.

Acting for

delegated authority · reason required

Pick the tenant you are standing this service up for. The whole page below runs in their scope: their rate card, their registry, their invoice.

on-behalf session

acting as

Every on-behalf action lands on both audit trails: the platform ledger and the tenant's own. The tenant sees exactly what you did, attributed to you, with this reason attached.

SLA tier

Premium requires a fault-free diverse path.

Buying model

Committed term vs metered hourly. Unit price rises as commitment falls.

Simulated quote from the public rate card. Diverse candidates avoid shared segments with the primary. Premium-tier candidates that cross the active fault are flagged and held back.

Same engine, their authority

Lifecycle, on their behalf.

The same commercial state machine the tenant uses — schedule, suspend, resume, modify, decommission — with one extra rule: every transition is attributed to you and recorded on both audit trails. Anchored to conn-5 (Northwind Logistics). Simulated writes, in-memory only.

Lifecycle

on-behalf Active
  • Suspend is available only when the service is active.
  • Resume is available only when the service is suspended.
  • Modify is available only when the service is active.
  • Scheduling applies before activation, while the service is quoted or scheduled.
  • Decommissioned is terminal; no further transitions are possible.

Simulated writes Transitions flip an in-memory field for this session only. Runtime status (up/down) is untouched. Each action is attributed to you and recorded on Northwind Logistics's audit trail.

Approving an LOA releases the linked order from the loa stage and unblocks the work order for provisioning. Each decision is written to both audit trails with the acting identity and reason attached.
